1. **Deposit Requirement**: A £5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
2. **Rescheduling**: You are entitled to one reschedule of your appointment, subject to availability. Any further rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. **Access to Power and Water**: Please ensure that we have access to power and water at the designated location for the detailing service.
4. **Two-Time Reschedule Policy**: Should you request to reschedule your appointment more than twice, additional charges may apply.
5. **Rescheduling Within 24 Hours**: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time and we are unable to accommodate the new time, your deposit will be forfeited.
6. **Additional Charges for Extended Areas**: Any detailing service requested for areas outside of our stated work areas may incur additional charges.
7. **No Show Policy**: If you fail to show up for your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled, and you may lose your deposit.
8. **Weather Cancellations**: In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent us from performing the detailing service safely and effectively, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment. This cancellation will not affect the reschedule policy or deposit.
